Preşedintele Comitetului Internaţional Olimpic (CIO), Thomas Bach, va avea marţi o reuniune prin telefon cu reprezentanţii federaţiilor internaţioale şi ai comitetelor olimpice naţionale, cu privire la situaţia actuală legată de pandemia de coronavirus, relatează Le Figaro şi AFP.
Fiecare naţiune va putea avea un sportiv şi o sportivă port-drapel la ceremonia de deschidere a Jocurilor Olimpice de la Tokyo, CIO dorind prin această decizie să transmită un mesaj de egalitate între sexe, relatează Reuters.
